Refund Policy

Donation Policy

Navrekha Foundation is a non-profit organization. As such, once a donation is made, it is generally considered non-refundable. These funds are immediately allocated to our core programs (Education, Food Security, etc.).

Cancellations

Since donations are processed immediately, we do not support "cancellation" of a donation once the transaction is successful.

Exceptional Circumstances

In rare cases where a donation was made due to a technical error (e.g., double charging) or unauthorized access to your account, please contact us within 7 days.

• If an error is confirmed, we will process the refund within 10-15 working days.
• Refunds will be credited via the same payment method used during the donation.

Section 80G Certificates

If a refund is processed for a donation for which an 80G tax-benefit certificate has already been issued, that certificate will be rendered null and void.
